CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS
GENERAL
- By placing an order online, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-contractual information form and the distance sales agreement provided.
- Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG:27.11.2014/29188) and all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of products.
- Shipping costs for product delivery are borne by the buyer.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the statutory 30-day period. If delivery does not occur within this time, the buyer may terminate the contract.
- The product must be delivered complete, matching the order specifications, and accompanied by any warranty certificate or user manual.
- If sale of the product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this and refund the full price within 14 days.
IF PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
- If the buyer fails to pay or reverses payment, the seller’s delivery obligation ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
- If it is discovered after delivery that the credit card used was fraudulently charged and the bank does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days (shipping at seller’s expense).
FORCE MAJEURE
- In case of unforeseeable force majeure preventing on-time delivery, the seller notifies the buyer. The buyer may:
- Cancel the order (refund in 14 days for cash, 14 days for card, though bank transfer may take 2–3 weeks),
- Request a replacement product,
- Postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed.
BUYER’S INSPECTION OBLIGATION
- The buyer must inspect the product before acceptance; damaged or defective goods in torn packaging must be refused. Once accepted, the product is deemed intact. To exercise withdrawal, the product and invoice must be returned unused.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without reason or penalty, by written notice (registered mail, fax, or email), provided the product is not excluded under “Non-returnable Products.”

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
- For services, the 14-day period starts on contract date; once service has commenced with consumer’s consent, withdrawal is not possible.
- All costs of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
- Notification must be within 14 days and the product unused.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
- Return the product with its invoice (corporate returns require the original corporate invoice and credit note).
- Include the return form, original packaging, and any accessories intact.
REFUND CONDITIONS
- The seller must refund the full price within 10 days of withdrawal notification and retrieve the product within 20 days.
- If the product’s value is reduced due to buyer’s fault or return is impossible, the buyer compensates the seller; normal use wear is not charged.
- If a promotional discount was applied, it is revoked upon withdrawal.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Custom-made, hygiene-sensitive or inseparable items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, makeup, single-use goods, periodicals, digital content, opened software/media cartridges, etc.) and services already performed.
Cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, books, software, media, toner/cartridges may only be returned unopened, unused, and intact.
DEFAULT & LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
- If payment by credit card is defaulted, the buyer pays interest under the card agreement and indemnifies the seller; legal costs may be charged to the buyer.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
- Payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT to our Garanti Bank TL accounts.
- Credit cards are accepted online with single payment or installment options; the charge occurs at order completion.
