By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges in advance that, upon confirming the order subject to this Agreement, they will incur the obligation to pay the price of the order and any additional charges, such as shipping fees and taxes, and that they have been informed of this.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth beside them:

• Minister: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
• Ministry: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• Law: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
• Regulation: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
• Service: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, performed or undertaken for a fee or benefit,
• Seller: The company that offers goods to consumers within its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of the one offering the goods,
• Buyer: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
• Site: The website belonging to the Seller,
• Orderer: The natural or legal person requesting a good or service via the Seller’s website,
• Parties: The Seller and the Buyer,
• Agreement: This Agreement entered into between the Seller and the Buyer,
• Goods: Movable items subject to purchase and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared for electronic use,

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller’s website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The listed and advertised prices on the site are the sale prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited offers are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The basic characteristics of the goods/products/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the Seller’s website. If the Seller has organized a campaign, you may review the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period; these specifications remain valid until the campaign ends.

7.2. Prices

The listed and advertised prices on the site are the sale prices. These prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited offers are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The total sale price of the goods or services subject to this Agreement, including all taxes, is shown below:

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and been informed of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product on the Seller’s website and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Time

Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered within the period specified on the website, not exceeding the statutory thirty (30) days, depending on the distance of the Buyer’s residence.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If this distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the Buyer may, without giving any reason and provided the Seller is notified, exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

11. PRODUCTS TO WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY

Products prepared at the Buyer’s request or to meet explicit personal needs, such as underwear, makeup products, and single-use items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer, who paid by credit card, defaults, they accept that they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the Buyer’s place of residence or the place of the transaction.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement upon completing payment for the order on the Site.
